Tribus Interior Design

After more than a decade of helping clients create their luxury dream homes, Susan Peace-Vernon partnered with Tom Dillard to start Tribus Interior Design in 2015. As a full-service interior design firm, Susan leads Tribus with her extensive knowledge of home building and construction. Today, the Tribus team has grown into an award-winning interior design firm, serving clients in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Cottage Group

Cottage Group was formed on the premise that you can have a smart-sized custom home without sacrificing quality, style and durability. As a division of Dillard-Jones Builders, Cottage Group has the staff, the experience and the vendor partnerships to deliver a luxurious value-driven product that exceeds expectations. Cottage Group floor plans are flexible, allowing for modifications that will make their client’s homes custom and unique.

Doma Architecture

Doma Architecture is an architectural firm specializing in custom residential architecture, currently designing homes exclusively for Dillard-Jones Builders and the Cottage Group throughout the Carolinas.

Anvil is a dynamic full-service marketing agency that provides a uniquely personalized boutique marketing experience for the Luxe Brands Collective and other luxury & real estate brands in South Carolina. Village Millworks

An experienced team with over 200 years of combined expertise, Village Millworks specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom cabinetry for some of the most luxurious Dillard-Jones homes across the Carolinas. From refined kitchen cabinetry to built-ins, every piece is crafted with intention, precision, and a commitment to enduring quality.

Liquid Pools & Outdoors

Liquid pools is a custom pool design builder local to Upstate South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and Coastal South Carolina. We create one of a kind designs and a great experience during construction.
