The interiors were led by Tribus Interior Design, whose approach to the space was guided by a single question: what does the ideal client experience actually feel like? The answer lives in every detail. A generous, over-sized island anchors the heart of the space; offering equal parts functional and a design statement-finished in materials that demonstrate exactly what’s possible in a custom home. Open shelving styled with warm gold hardware by Top Knobs™ frames the bar area, where a premium wine fridge invites clients to slow down, stay a while, and let the conversation breathe.

The cabinetry throughout — designed and crafted by Village Millworks — reflects a standard of precision and artistry that is the hallmark of every Luxe Brands Collective project. Each cabinet, panel, and detail was purpose-built for the space, showcasing the breadth of what Village Millworks brings to every custom home engagement.

Sub-Zero appliances, premium hardware, and finishes at every level of the space give clients a hands-on, real-world sense of what exceptional looks like, not in a catalog, but in context.

Lighting was layered with the same intentionality as the materials. Statement fixtures create sculptural moments overhead, while thoughtfully placed ambient and task lighting shift the mood from bright and inspiring during working sessions to warm and welcoming as the day winds down. The palette; rich textures, curated finishes, and a sophisticated interplay of warm tones and natural materials, speaking a language of elevated residential design without ever feeling like a showroom.

And when it’s time to present, collaborate, or connect virtually, Fusion AV’s state-of-the-art system delivers. The integrated technology, including a seamless Microsoft Teams-ready conferencing setup, means that no matter where a client’s architect, designer, or specialist is located, they’re in the room.

A proud 1992 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tom began his career focused on elevating residential construction through technical rigor and architectural collaboration. Dillard Farm in Gray Court, South Carolina, encompasses approximately 450 acres managed for sustainable forestry, wildlife preservation, and agricultural stewardship. A second property in Kentucky, spanning more than 700 acres, continues this commitment to long-term conservation and responsible land management.
